How to add a house for sale listing on Hauzisha Partner App

This guide works for the Hauzisha Partner App only. If you have not downloaded it, use links below to download. Create an account and proceed with the steps below.

1. Select Listings - Bottom of the page

2. Tap the (+) button - below the page - to add a listing

3. Select House for Sale

4. Fill in Preview Details - Name of the property, Type of Listing & Listing Status.

NB: The name is visible to you only and is there to help you recognize the listing easily

5. Add Property Details - You will be required to fill in details such as;

• The specific type of house
• Is it within a gated community
• Does the property have a rent-to-own option
• Is it complete or under construction
• Is the design modern or old
• Is the building under auction
• What is the size of the house (no. of bedrooms)
• How many units are available
• How much is the selling Price

6. Select property features, then give a brief property description. In the property description, you can include the following:

• How big the house is in Square Metres?
• What size of land does it sit on?
• How many parking spots are available?
• What is the age of the building? Any renovation history
• What does the area look like? describe proximity to shopping centres, schools, golf course if any, distance from CBD, from the airport etc
• What do the roads look like? Is it close to the highway, is it all tarmac to the house
• What payment plans do your accept? Mortgage, cash, Instalments etc
• Is the price negotiable?
• Any other unique amenities such as a standby generator, elevators, solar powered lights etc

NB: If you include as many responses as you can to the above questions, the bar will turn Green, allowing you to proceed

7. Select property images - choose from gallery or take photos.

NB: You need a minimum of 5 photos

8. Customize your listing - Drag images to position, label them and/or set a thumbnail (default image) for your listing

9. Pin property location - Type a familiar location near the house on Google map and select the options provided.

9. Locate the house on the map. If not clear, you can zoom the map in & out for better clarity. Once you locate the house, drag the map to position the pin on the precise location of the house.

NB: Pin will only be visible to you. We use this to show clients what's close to them but they cannot see precise location. Check how clients find houses 👉 here

10. Review your property - Confirm the details are correct

11. Click Submit Property

12. To edit section, click the the "Previous" button at the bottom of any screen
