How to add a furnished apartment for rent listing on Hauzisha

This guide works for the Hauzisha Partner App only. If you have not downloaded it, use links below to download. Create an account and proceed with the steps below.


  1. Select Listings - Bottom of the page
  2. Tap the (+) button - below the page - to add a listing

  1. Select Furnished Apartment

  1. Fill in Preview Details - Name of the apartment, Type of Listing & Listing Status

  1. Add Property Details - Specify the type of property, is it within a gated community, how many bedrooms does the property have, how much is the Rent per Night, number of units available

  1. Include your charges - Indicate whether you charge viewing fee, if you do, indicate how much the fee is
  2. Select property features and give a brief property description

  1. Select property images - choose from gallery or take photos
  2. Customize your listing - Arrange, label and set a thumbnail for your photos

  1. Pin property location - You can zoom the map in & out. Pin will only be visible to you
  2. Review your property - Confirm the details are correct
  3. Click Submit Property
