How to add a land for sale listing on Hauzisha
This guide works for the Hauzisha Partner App only. If you have not downloaded it, use links below to download. Create an account and proceed with the steps below.
- Select
Listings
- Bottom of the page
- Tap the (+) button - below the page - to add a listing
- Select
Land for Sale
- Fill in Preview Details - Name of the property, Type of Land (listing)
NB: The name is visible to you only and is there to help you recognize the listing easily
- Add Property Details - You will be required to fill in details such as;
- The specific size of land
- Is the land within a gated community
- How much is the selling price
- What ownership documents are available
- What payment options are available
- How many units are available
- Give a brief Land description.
- How big the land?
- What does the area look like? describe proximity to shopping centres, schools, golf course if any, distance from CBD, from the airport etc.
- What do the roads look like? Is it close to the highway, is it all tarmac to the land
- What payment plans do your accept? Mortgage, Cash, Instalments etc.
- Is the price negotiable?
- Any other unique amenities such as perimeter wall, community & recreation centers, utility connections etc.
NB: If you include as many responses as you can to the above questions, the bar will turn Green, allowing you to proceed
- Select property images - choose from gallery or take photos
- Customize your listing - Arrange, label and set a thumbnail for your photos. Once set,
Click Next.
Pin property location - Locate the land on the map. If not clear, you can zoom the map in & out for better clarity. Once you locate the land, drag the map to position the pin on the precise location of the land.
NB: Pin will only be visible to you. We use this to show clients what's close to them but they cannot see precise location. Check how clients find land

- Review your property - Confirm the details are correct
- Click
Submit Property
- To edit section, click the the "Previous" button at the bottom of your screen
